Poojya
Gurudev's Message
"From a feudal quiet sleeping society,
our country is today marching into the modern,
fast, electronic age, with our heads flaming
with material ambitions and our hearts shrunk
into ugly selfishness. The over emphasis on
materialism has made individuals twisted and
ugly in their essential cultural grace".
The politician, the Economist and the
scientist cannot see anything beyond the
material world and they should be so. Their's
is the job of organising and creating a rich,
prosperous and peaceful world around, with
technology contributing to the society The
educationists are to bring about an extra
beauty in the performence of man in the
society as a result of his cultivated inner
Discipline and large vision.
We are trying in our vidyalaya as to conduct
the children to score in the material world.
Following the secular syllabus prescribed by
the government, but taught in an atmosphere of
spiritual presence. We select, train and
therefore expect our teachers to have such a
spiritual balance in themselves. Under such a
gracious canopy of moral and ethical charm,
self-controlled and disciplined are
dynamically striving with a magnefiecient
vision.
AIMS
AND OBJECTIVES
The most important aim of Chinmaya Vidyalaya
flourishing under the divine blessings of our
Founder Patron, his holiness swami
chinmayanandaji, is to help children develop
to the fullest stature, physically fit,
mentally alert and morally upright with an
accent on character formation. This aim is
best portrayed in the impressive message of
his holiness swami chinmayanandaji.
The primary objective of the institution is to
bring about the harmonious blending between
the traditional and the progressive methods of
education. Our endeavour is to "create
free human beings who are able in themselves
to impart purpose and direction to their
lives".Our teaching method and subject
matter are so evolved that they can develop,
harmonize and bring together the power of
thought, feeling and action in the child. When
this integration of head, heart and hand has
been brought about , the bases has also been
late for mental adaptability initiative and
moral strenght in adult life. In short , our
aim is to impart the best of education with
atmost care, love and understanding with a
view to instil into these young minds early
enough -moral and ethical values , strenght of
character, discipline, national outlook,
respect for all religions and an abiding
spirit of service and sacrifice thus helping
and encouraging them to develop a broader and
healthier outlook in life.
